Catherine is a registered Clinical Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is the Director and Principal Psychologist of MRPS. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience working with clients presenting with a wide range of mental health issues. Catherine is a specialist in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders. She stays updated with the latest research, concerns, and training within the field of mental health.
Catherine works primarily with adults, providing individual therapy and psychological assessments. She is highly trained in a number of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal/Humanistic Therapy. She believes that it is paramount, for best practice, to work collaboratively with each individual client and their presenting concerns and difficulties.
