Catherine Clarke
B.A. (Hons); M. Psych. (CCLIN); MAPS.
Catherine is a registered Clinical Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is the Director and Principal Psychologist of MRPS. She a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience working with clients presenting with a wide range of mental health issues. Catherine is a specialist in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders. She stays updated with the latest research, concerns, and training within the field of mental health.
Catherine works primarily with adults, providing individual therapy and psychological assessments. She is highly trained in a number of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Interpersonal/Humanistic Therapy. She believes it is paramount to the best practice to work collaboratively with each individual client and their presenting concerns and difficulties.
Jo Carr
B.A; GradDipAppPsych; AssocMAPS
Jo has over 16 years of experience in a broad range of clinical, organisational, and business experience, having worked in Community Health Centres, GP clinics, private Psychology practices, and in small business. Jo has expertise in a range of treatment modalities, primarily utilising Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Jo has a warm, genuine, and caring approach to her work and is able to provide short and longer-term therapy. Jo is experienced in working with men and women over the age of 16, who have issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and anger management. In addition, Jo offers couples therapy.
